Pepper.

A View To a Kill is the fourteenth film in the James Bond series. Set in France and San Francisco, it stars Roger Moore as James Bond, Christopher Walken as Max Zorin, Tanya Roberts as Stacey Sutton, Grace Jones as May Day, Patrick Macnee as Sir Godfrey Tibbett and Alison Doody as Jenny Flex.

6. James Bond Character - Vargas

Vargas was a henchmen working for the criminal organization SPECTRE. He was the right hand man of SPECTRE's second in command, Emilio Largo. Vargas dealt with many of Largo's affairs, and tried to kill Bond on numerous occasions. He meets his end when Bond shoots him through the heart with a shark gun.

7. James Bond Character - Rosa Klebb

Rosa Klebb was the Head of Operations for SMERSH, however in the movie she defected to SPECTRE. She led a mission to steal a Lektor decoding machine and humiliate the British Secret Service. She choose Tatiana Romanova to lead Bond into Istanbul and choose Red Grant to take the Lektor and kill Bond. Grant failed and Klebb was killed when she tried to take her revenge on Bond.

8. James Bond Character - Paula Caplan

Paula Caplan was Bond's assistant in Thunderball. She helped him in making contact with Bond girl Domino Derval, and other tasks in Nassau. She was eventually kidnapped by SPECTRE, and took a cyanide pill to avoid being tortured.

9. James Bond Character - Patricia Fearing

Patricia Fearing was a nurse at the Shrublands health clinic in the South of England. She was assigned to treat both Bond and SPECTRE agent Count Lippe as part of a health rejuvenation package. Bond had been sent by M to detoxify himself from all the martinis and caviar.

10. James Bond Character - Kerim Bey

Darko Kerim Bey was the Head of Station T, Turkey and was one of the best men MI6 had anywhere according to M. He helped Bond in a mission to escape from Istanbul with Tatiana and a Lektor decoding machine, eventually getting killed by SPECTRE Operative Red Grant.
